Free Alaska Cruise Adventure Contest

Official Contest Rules

  1. Offer open to U.S. Residents only.
  2. No Purchase Necessary to Win.
  3. Odds of winning depends on how many entries are received.
  4. There is one prize available to be won, an approximate value of $2000.00.
  5. Prize includes cruise fare for 1 inside stateroom for 2 passengers on the Norwegian Jewel, sailing for 7 day from Vancouver through Alaska to Seward, May 20-27, 2019, as well as an unlimited beverage package for each passenger. Prize package does not include 3 day Adventure extension in Anchorage. This may be added to the package for $699 per person if desired.
  6. Prize does NOT include airfare to and from the ports, port transfers, or other expenses required to reach the ship. Gratuities, transfers, taxes, government fees, optional shore excursions and documentation expenses are the passenger’s responsibility.
  7. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as offered, without substitution and no cash equivalent. Upgrades may be requested at the winner’s own expense.
  8. You must be 18 or older to enter and travel. You must be 21 or over to use the beverage package, which can be substituted should a passenger be under 21.  You must meet a minimum of travel documentation to board a cruise ship.
  9. All entries must be received by January 31, 2019.
  10. The winner will be chosen February 2019 and contacted shortly after.
  11. You must share your email address and name with us to enter. This information will be used to send you information on our services. Sharing that information is governed by our privacy policy available for review at our booth or website. You may unsubscribe at any time but will be ineligible to win if your information is unsubscribed before the end of the contest.
  12. Odds of winning depend on how many entries we receive.
  13. A minimum number of paid reservations must be received for the cruise to sail. If this minimum is not reached a prize will not be rewarded.
  14. 78 Adventures reserves the right to accept entries to this contest via multiple methods, not limited to the method of your entry.
  15. Only one entry per person, per method will be accepted.
  16. We reserve the right to cancel this contest at any time for any reason or substitute a prize of similar value should the need arise.
  17. This contest is not affiliated or approved by Norwegian Cruise Lines and the prize is the sole responsibility of 78 Adventures.

Waivers of Liability and Photography:
Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that 78 Adventure may use winner’s names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. By entering, entrant agrees that 78 Adventures, as well as the Companies’ affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (and any travel related hereto) or participation in this contest. The Companies makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of prize or any travel awarded.
